Position: Account Executive
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Saturday (Half-day twice a month on Week 1 & Week 4): 9.00 am - 2.00 pm

Location: 04-08, Arena Sukan Kuala Lumpur, No 210, Jalan Air Jernih, Setapak, 53200 Kuala Lumpur

1) Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
2) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3) Monitor budgeting and cost control, track revenue, and recommend cost-saving measures.
4) Ensure tax and compliance with regulations, including SST and statutory requirements.
5) Oversee cash flow and maintain financial stability.
6) Utilize Autocount and related systems for accurate financial tracking.
7) Provide accounting insights and strategic advice to the founder.
8) Prepare documents for audit purposes and conduct bank reconciliations.
9) Make payment transfers and ensure transaction accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2) Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
3) Proficient in Autocount and Microsoft Office applications.
4) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
