Minimum 1 year of working experience under finance/ admin related matter

Knowledge in bookkeeping and MS Office (Words and Excel)
Proficient with AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong team work, leadership skills and work ethic
Independent, initiative, self -starter and willing to work with minimum supervision
Ability to prioritise workloads
Positive attitude and able to interact at all levels and work independently in a dynamic and high-volume environment
Preferable with own transport and able to work at Kuala Lumpur (Setapak / Sentul)
Tanggungjawab
Prepare and monitor invoices/document related
Monitoring daily cash flow and financial transaction
Preparation/Verification on all invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents
Work closely with other departments and provided professional expertise and advise on financial related matters
Assist in maintaining effective and efficient financial control systems and reporting mechanisms are in place
Assist and keep track in monitoring leave
Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
Responsible for the smooth operation of office such as procurement of office & maintenance service
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management
