We are now seeking an Admin & Account Executive, if you are ambitious to grow and build your career, come and join our team! Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage data, implement databases, and prepare reports as needed.
• Provide administrative support to clients, colleagues, and management.
• Set up and maintain internal systems, and provide training and support to colleagues and clients.
• Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and accounts, preferably in an audit, tax, or accounting firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and subtotals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including knowledge of mail merge.
• Ability to provide basic technical remote support to clients, such as software installation and printer setup.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese, with Cantonese-speaking skills being preferred.
• Ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.

Office Locations: Sunway Velocity Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
