About our client: Our client is a well-established law firm with branches located in Penang and Kuala Lumpur. They are looking for an Admin and Finance Executive to join their branch in Penang. : 1. Handle all aspects of daily accounting and finance operation and tax related matters. 2. Assist in raising payment vouchers and performing data entries of basic accounting entries. 3. Handle invoices, payments vouchers and billings. 4. Maintain proper administration filing and keep sufficient accounting records. 5. Handle administration matters, including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets. 6. Assist in flights and hotel reservation. 7. Assist payroll related matters, annual renewal for licenses and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, SST and etc. 8. Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned. Requirements: 1. Possesses 3 to 5 relevant working experience. 2. Basic technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. 3. Good MS Office knowledge. 4. Good command of written & spoken English. 5. Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines. 6. Work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment and have own transport.
