Tanggungjawab
To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
To submit management report as per dateline.
To update monthly ageing report.
To assists superior as when required.
To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling.
Check payroll calculation
Office management support that covers day-to-day general administrative work including but not limited to preparing and filing of quotations, POs, invoices and all other documents.
Office maintenance support coordination (electrical, photostat machine, telephone, internet, furniture and door access, first aid box, pest control);
Collect letters and parcel from mail-room/mailbox;
All other tasks assigned by Superiors.
