We are looking for a self motivated and detail minded Account Executive (CPA, CPD or ACCA Qualified preferred) who can work independently, to join our fun-loving team.

If you are a proactive individual who loves challenges, is interested in the co-working industry and loves solving problems and issues, you'll fit right into our team. Your role will be focused on streamlining our accounting and finance operations in Malaysia and Singapore, working alongside different departments from Singapore.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process vendor's invoice, utility bill, petty cash, staff claims & etc (weekly basis)
• Match invoice with PR & PO, ensure invoice, DO, service report & all supporting are signed
• Prepare payment & upload payment into bank
• Assist in month-end closing
• Update cashflow (twice a month)
• Download bank statement and match with payment journal
• Entertain vendor's enquiry on payment status, liaise with related department if needed
• Cash collection dashboard and weekly updates
• Key in official receipt, and extract debtor aging weekly
• Invoice and CN issuance, update master sheet for new agreement
• Recurring invoice issuance

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Industrial of retails background will be added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Applicants with less experience will be considered for a Finance Assistant role
