Job Description


:-

  • To handle and monitor all Purchase Requisition (PR) and Asset Purchase.
  • To source for new supplier and carry out all necessary procurement activities.
  • To verify all related documents e.g., Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices and submit to Finance department for payment.
  • To negotiate with supplier for Price, Delivery and Payment terms.
  • To ensure all purchases execution are compliance to Procurement\'s Policies & Procedures.
  • To track order delivery and ensure timely delivery.
  • To handle and monitor mobile plant equipment insurance & motor vehicle insurance such as road tax renewal, fire insurance and etc.
  • To support site office on Saturday or public holidays for urgent purchase request and delivery.
  • To support any ad-hoc tasks that is being assigned.
  • Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for all Indirect materials (marketing services) for the group
  • Works with internal teams to identify needs for sourcing, hence the sourcing process to identify the right supplier for the right product in the required time agreed
  • Responsible for ensuring that all purchase documents issued are adhere to the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedure
  • Perform sourcing, negotiation, price comparison, evaluate suppliers such as product quality, delivery service and set-up of ongoing performance management
  • Prepare, lead the negotiation, and award contracts involving relevant stakeholders and perform professional contract management
  • Assist manager to supervise subordinate work quality and provide basic work-related coaching
  • Continuously improve the purchasing processes, policies, and procedures for identified area of responsibility to meet both internal and external customer needs
  • Responsible on monthly KPI result and reporting
  • Undertake any other procurement activities as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to work independently and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with internal customers and external suppliers at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin as it requires to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
  • Required Skill(s): Sourcing skill, negotiation skill and analytical skill
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
