Job Description


  • Minimum 2-5 years working experience required in a construction/developer company.
  • Experienced in HDA Account
  • Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft Office and UBS Accounting System
  • Proficient in written and good communication skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, proactive, energetic and a team player.
Responsibilities
  • To prepare full set accounts and financial statements for yearly closing.
  • To compile documents for audit, tax, director\'s resolution and due dates are complied.
  • To handle general administration duties i.e., paperwork, filling, claim & invoice, purchase order, etc.
  • To handle Staff Claims, Leave, Office Expenses, etc.
  • Able to handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time.
