We are looking for a Key Account Executive to ensure achievement and continual growth of the Modern Trade channel\'s sales and profit objectives through effective sales management and accounts development. Developing distributor and key account team capability for 5Ps execution. Grow formula milk category in key account and manage account.

A day in the life of...

  • Develop and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for all assinged key accounts (MT) to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage and control all trade-related expenses within the budget allocated.
  • Establish the short and medium term sales & distribution strategies and objectives for the channel.
  • Work with the Division\'s Distributor\'s sales operation team to ensure effective implementation of sales campaigns & promotional activities.
  • Manage IKA, local key accounts and local supermarket (Aeon Group, Mydin, Econsave,The Store, Lulu).
What will make you successful
  • Preferably with good knowledge on retail business and sales experiences. Trade Marketing background will be an added advantage.
  • Can lead a sales operation team.
  • Understand all key sales functions.
  • Result-oriented.
