Job Description

  • Handling routine accounting tasks such entering accounting transactions into the accounting system, billing, collecting payments, issuing receipts, and other accounting-related tasks.
  • Able to manage whole sets of accounts, including the creation of schedules for audit purposes and submission of all tax schedules.
  • To provide accurate and timely financial information for decision making.
  • Assist in perform data entry and other functions.
  • To make cheque payments to suppliers/creditors on time and assist in cash flow management.
  • To handle income tax and related matters.
  • To handle ERP system.
  • Act as petty cash administrator, process/monitor petty cash disbursement.
  • Responsible for update utilities and rental billing.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
  • To assist any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
Having experience handling ERP systems is an advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:

Education:
