Handling routine accounting tasks such entering accounting transactions into the accounting system, billing, collecting payments, issuing receipts, and other accounting-related tasks.
Able to manage whole sets of accounts, including the creation of schedules for audit purposes and submission of all tax schedules.
To provide accurate and timely financial information for decision making.
Assist in perform data entry and other functions.
To make cheque payments to suppliers/creditors on time and assist in cash flow management.
To handle income tax and related matters.
To handle ERP system.
Act as petty cash administrator, process/monitor petty cash disbursement.
Responsible for update utilities and rental billing.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
To assist any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
