Job Description
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiar with accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and collection.
- Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify variances and trends.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance documents.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed.
