Our client is a leading multinational company specializing in the manufacturing and export of domestic appliances and hardware products, They are seeking a committed Account Executive to join their dynamic team
Job Responsible :
Reconcile warehouse inventory with Autocount/ERP/Kingdee records to ensure accuracy of quantities, values, and documentation.
Verify and process supplier invoices, prepare payment requests, and follow up on approvals and disbursements.
Perform daily accounting operations in Kingdee, including procurement entries, payments, expense claims, and general ledger postings.
Maintain supplier ledgers and accounts payable records, ensuring proper filing of all financial documents.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to align accounting records with physical stock.
Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
