Capable in preparing full set accounts, preferable having experience/exposure in Food & Beverage Industry and Retail Industry
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions -- issue invoices, official receipt, follow up on payments, and update collections records. OR Handle Accounts Payable (AR)related functions.
Maintaining detailed and accurate financial records and accounts
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
Providing support for audits and other financial investigations as needed
Performing ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required
A relevant degree/diploma or professional accounting qualification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, CPA) is preferred
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and general accounting preferred.
Experience in reviewing and improving daily accounting operations is an advantage.
Responsible, Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
