Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Diploma/Advanced / Higher/Graduate in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in similar capacity and related field.
• Computer literate and knowledge on Microsoft Office(Excel & Word).
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, Independent, Willing to learn.
• Preferable candidates staying nearby in Cheras.
• Multi - tasking required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Preference will be given to candidate who can start work immediately or with short notice.

• Responsible for daily, monthly & yearly routine of accounting operation. AP / AR / Invoicing / Customer Aging/ Payment Collection / Process payment / Petty Cash / Payroll )
• To handle and review the accounting system, maintenance of financial and accounting records.
• To perform full set of accounting report
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded.
• Handle all matters related to all statutory bodies (SSM / LHDN / EPF / SOCSO / EIS)
• Communicate with the Company Secretary and ensure proper documentation recorded
• Update monthly account reconciliation.
• To ensure proper filing of accounts documentations and supporting documents.
• To take responsibilities for general administrative duties & HR duties.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
