Job Description

Salary: MYR 3,500 - MYR 7,000 Per Month


Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor



Requirements:



Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

At least 3 years of relevant working experience (construction accounts experience preferred)

Proficiency in AutoCount Accounting Systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and audit requirements

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)


Responsibilities:



Assist in handling monthly accounts and ensure timely preparation of financial reports

Manage full accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation

Manage credit-related accounts, contracts, and repayment (construction projects preferred)

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

Assist in liaising with auditors, tax agents and other external parties

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions
