Computer software: Auto Count Accounting, Microsoft Office, Outlooks.
Self-motivated, MATURE and able to work independently
Responsibilities
Committed to record, classified & verified the finance transaction for the Company.
To perform AR, AP controller in up to date method.
Committed to prepare yearly financial account, GL and Journal as scheduled by the company and submit to Audit company.
Liaise with external Auditor, Tax Agent & Company Secretary with professional knowledge and skill.
Update information & liaise with Government department to avoid any misunderstanding.
Set up meetings and presenting management proposals & budgeting to the board of Directors.
Handle of all HR related such as payroll, leaves, offence of staff. Coordinate with Branch Manager for problem solving.
Preparation, compilation and review of Quotation and contract for clients.
Conduct market survey and market research to determine the market condition and update to the Management.
Maintain accurate records, proper filling system & up to date cash flow for further business development.
Monitoring and update company social media channels, website & email.
Communicate in MANDARIN with China Supplier for goods purchase.
Report to Director on daily operations.
