Hello candidates! We are looking for enthusiastic candidate with good personality to join our team.

An Account Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with accounting regulations, and efficient financial processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions, verifying accuracy, and reconciling discrepancies.
Prepare and post journal entries to update accounts.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and verify invoices, bills, and purchase orders. Prepare and distribute invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports.Monitor and control company expenditures to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Budget Support: Assist in the development of annual budgets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments & external auditors. accountants to gather financial information and provide support as needed.
