To handle full set of accounts include reports To verify and process staffs claim. To verify and monitor Vendors invoices. To handle company banking system. To assist HR operation function and administrative support. To handle in accounts transactions, checking, verification and follow up. Maintain and update proper filing system. To execute ad-hoc duties when required. To liaise with 3rd parties - company secretary, external auditors & etc Requirements: Candidates MUST possess at least SPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge in book-keeping. Knowledge in UBS Accounting System is an added advantage. Required Skill: Microsoft Excel & word.
