Duties & Responsibilities 1. Manage full set of company financial account. 2. Prepare monthly cash flow and budgets forecast to ensure a balanced budget position. 3. Prepare monthly financial report including Profit and Loss account, balance sheet and cash flow. 4. Maintain monthly debtor statement, bank reconciliation, journal, general ledger and statement of account. 5. Collaborate with sales cum customer service personnel for outstanding payment collection, to verify payments and receipts. 6. Handle month end closing related activities at predefined timeline. 7. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions and sales results. 8. Ensure all transactions should be processed in accordance with the established process and procedure. 9. Liaise with supplier on their bank details and maintain the supplier details in the system. 10. Handle any documentation with external parties involving bankers, auditors, tax consultants, company secretary and other external parties. 11. Other task assigned by the superior.
