ResponsibilitiesManage and direct financial activities from accounting, internal control, audit, tax and financial planning for company. Analyze financial information and prepare finance reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit & loss, tax liability or other financial activities within the company.JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage full spectrum of day-to-day financial and accounting operations and activities.
• Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly an yearly company management reports with supporting schedule and ensure company accounts are prepared in accordance to accounting standards.
• Maintain and handle daily invoice & payment.
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Responsible for the timely closing of monthly account.
• Assist in staff claims.
• Prompt submission of monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
• Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirement.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, government authorities and bankers.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
