Job Description

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
• Positive working attitude, self-discipline and strong sense of responsibility.

• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, G/L & J/L.
• To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily cash flow & etc.
• To update monthly ageing report.
• Performing profit & loss and balance sheet analysis.
• Able to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
• Understanding of relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Responsible on cash management, budget and forecast and timely submission of management report.
• Process & review staff claim & petty cash claim
• Prepare cheque or online payment for bank transaction system.
• Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
• Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well- maintained.
• Participate in the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors and other third-party service provided as needed
• Able to assist admin task ( example: contact contractor renewal license)
• Perform recording of transactions using accounting software
• To perform SST return, exemption application, and reporting
• To assist in any ad-hoc task as required
• To perform all other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor
