1) Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or above (candidates who are currently pursuing these qualifications will also be considered)2) At least 2 years hands-on experience in maintaining full-set of accounts and managing full finance activities3) Candidate with F&B industry experience is preferred4) Knowledge of Microsoft excel (Vlookup and Pivot Table) and Quickbook Online will be advantageous5) Good communication and interpersonal skills6) Required language: English, Malay, MandarinResponsibilities1. Review reconciliation of merchant statements, cash receipts and POS reports;2. Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales in the accounting system;3. Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of Accounts Payable. To check and reconcile invoices with Statement of Accounts and ensure all documentations are in place with proper approvals for posting into accounting system.4. Responsible for preparation and processing of bank payments, employee reimbursement and petty cash5. Perform Month-End Closing; bank reconciliation, inventory report, maintain accounting schedule and management reports for reporting and statutory compliance6. Prepare SST Submission7. Assist with audit/tax schedule preparation and liaising with auditors and tax agents8. Liaise with external suppliers/bankers when necessary9. Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting entries into accounting system10. Maintain good documentation and filing system11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedBenefits
