Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Account Management principles and practices.
  • Experience with Account Payable processes and systems.
  • Competence in managing Account Receivable functions.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Kapar, Selangor.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Capability to contribute to a team-oriented environment at Fedapi Sdn Bhd.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts within the construction and building sector, serving as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their specific hiring requirements, company culture, and strategic goals.
  • Proactively source, screen, and qualify potential candidates for various construction and building roles, utilizing a variety of recruitment methods including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and insights to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and candidates.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing client accounts and generating new business opportunities within the construction and building sector.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account activity, sales performance, and market trends to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and marketing, to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
