Requirements

• Min. education requirement: LCCI
• At least 1-2 years' experience in related field.
• Aggressive and committed to work.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Able working in Klang, Kapar
• Able to speak Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full set of accounts for a manufacturing company, including General Ledger, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Cash Book, and monthly reports.
• Execute and manage financial or bank transactions, including receiving and disbursement of funds.
• Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Verify pricing and quantities in sales orders, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Issue and generate sales invoices and sales orders.
• Manage and track the inventory stock levels, monitor stock movements, and reconcile stock quantities with the financial records.
• Assist auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, and suppliers.
