- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor\'s Degree in Account or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in FMCG Industry or related field
- Can start work immediately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and, Accounting software
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
- Working day 5.5 day (Saturday Alternate)
- Handle full sets of accounting independently and perform month-end closing in a timely manner
- Reconciliations of Bank Accounts, Account Receivable, Account Payable, GL and other accounts
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system (Autocount Software)
- Liaise with the Company secretary, Auditor, Tax agent & banker for all relevant matters
- Monitoring debtors/creditors aging and ensuring all the payments are up to date and accurate
- Taking and handling customers order
- Maintain and update basic and general accounting such as invoicing, billing, and data entry
- Assist in HR & Administration duties
- Performing other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superiors
