• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years of finance related working experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules.
• Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing , etc.
• Assist in the credit control and collection of customer\'s payment, including sending reminder.
• Coordinating and oversee the overall conduct of audit exercise and liaise with internal.
• To prepare regular financial reports and to assist with the team during month end closing.
• To prepare monthly bank reconciliations and reports
• Liaise with financial institutions, lawyers, tax agents and other internal parties including regulatory bodies on financing and other accounting related matters.
• Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when requested by the superior and management.
