Job Description


  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking or LCCI or Professional qualifications from recognized accounting bodies.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software, Accounting software (Xero, Autocount & etc.)
  • Good accounting and tax knowledge. (Financial reporting standards, taxation, SST & etc.)
  • Conscientious, analytical and strong attention to details. Accurate in recording and analysing financial data.
  • Strong time management skills and excellent problem solving and being able to work independently to achieve company goals.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and being able to work in a team.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Experience in trading business is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Handle a full set of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and related statutes.
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Daily accounting operations and data entry of transactions in accounting software in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a petty cash record and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filling.
  • Resolve all accounting related operational issues and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate accounting entry into accounting systems and filling.
  • To assist in all spectrum of accounting functions, budget, forecast, tax preparation and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Liaise with financial institutions, internal and external auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies on accounting and financial related matters.
  • To assist daily transaction, checking, verification, follow up if necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management / head of department.
  • To prepare payroll and verify all statutory correspondence, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS & etc.
