  • Providing and delivering periodic reports to management regarding sales performance, customer, and marketing strategy achievements.
  • Assisting in preparing and managing the company\'s account records.
  • Conducting reviews and verifying the company\'s financial transactions accurately.
  • Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the company.
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, and fund transfers.
  • Executing office administration tasks such as handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing files.
  • Resolving issues arising within the department based on established Standard Operating
  • Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assisting the company in systematically storing customer information.
