Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, or Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Proficient in SQL accounting software, Microsoft Office and Excel.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently and meet the deadline of month end closing.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- To control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.
- To verify staff claims and making corrections where appropriate.
- To process transactions, issue cheque or cash, and update ledgers, budgets, etc.
- To ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
- To perform data entry, filling and other clerical duties as assigned.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
