Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, accounting, or full accounting.
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SQL)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia languages are required.
  • Candidates who are fluent in both English and Mandarin are preferred to support our diverse client base effectively
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and updates.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and address any discrepancies.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and monthly close processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly account statements and reconciliations.
  • Process payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee earnings, deductions, and benefits.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for client accounts.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
  • Support account management by preparing proposals, managing billing, and overseeing payment collections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations and financial objectives are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage treasury activities, and ensure sufficient liquidity for the Group of companies operations.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for the Group of companies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
