They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive fluent in Mandarin. The Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on building long-term partnerships. The role includes managing client accounts, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The Account Executive will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Conduct a thorough analysis of delinquent accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sales and Customer Service teams, to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to invoicing and payments
• Maintain accurate records of billing and collection activities, including notes on customer interactions and payment arrangements
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to any discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collection efforts, and key performance metrics
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations related to accounts receivable

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin is required
• Experience in accounting & financing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Malaysia's banking and financial industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Experience with payment and e-wallet systems is a plus
