We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for the full accounting function of the LeasAsia Group. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial records for the organization. - Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents. - Managing creditors\' reconciliations and payment processing. - Allocations of debtors\xe2\x80\x99 payments and weekly reporting of outstanding balances. - Importing sales reports and balancing the sales numbers to operational reports. - Recording inventory and balancing the inventory counts to operational reports. - Managing stock counts and related adjustments. - Preparing month-End Accounting Journals Including Payroll, Provisions, Accrued Expenses, and Income. - Reconciliations of the balance sheet. - Reconciliations of payroll liability. - Responsible for the production of monthly management accounts - Responsible for the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial statements, ensuring that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations. - Create and analyze financial reports. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Experience and Job Fit - 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferably with ACCA. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills, budgeting, and monitoring. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good team player. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and enjoy doing repetitive work. - Integrity, honesty, critical thinking, prudence, and proactive. - Strong command of English both spoken and written. - Prior experience in FMCG, Retail, or small to a medium company will be an advantage.
