Job Description


Able to do full set of account Reconcile accounts with the general ledger Prepare payment vouchers and cheques Handle daily accounting data entries and journal entries Handle daily bookkeeping of invoices. Maintain accounts receivable & payable Able to monitor billings and collection of debts Monitor customer account details Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/superior Research and resolve payment discrepancies Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc Process credit card payment or non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities Assist with month-end closing Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree or professional certificate in Finance/Accountancy or equivalents. The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. MATURED, able to work under stress and pressure. Great organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required Candidate must have own transportation
