Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To monitor venues\xe2\x80\x99 performance
  • To maintain Fixed Assets Listing
  • To review prepayment/accruals JV
  • To review bank reconciliation
  • Balance sheet items reconciliation
  • Landlord report reconciliation
  • Calculation of management & marketing fees
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Preparation of full set Monthly Management report
  • Preparation for Actual vs Budget P&L report to CM
  • Send finalized report to landlord
  • Preparation of cashflow actual & forecast
  • Assist in audit & tax matters
  • Ad-Hoc : Set up of new bank account & others
Requirements
  • Degree holder would be an advantage
  • 2+ years work experience in an Accounting or Finance related field
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bookkeeping knowledge
  • Previous experience in an online accounting software such as Xero is an
advantage
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure; able to adapt to a fast-
paced environment
  • Must be able to prioritise tasks and be proactive
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good problem solving skills
  • Immediately available preferred
