Requirements:

Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a related role.
Preferably at a Junior Executive level with experience in General/Cost Accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software.
Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong integrity and strategic thinking ability.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage full sets of management accounts, including reconciliation.
Handle daily processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Coordinate and support external audit exercises to meet statutory and certification requirements.
Conduct monthly/quarterly internal audits to ensure proper financial governance.
Manage daily cash flow, fund utilization, and implement control measures for expenses and cash processes.
Prepare annual budgets and conduct periodic revisions, collaborating with business units to align financial plans.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and reports for fundraising and other financial activities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and relevant financial standards.
Undertake any other duties as directed by management.
