Job Description

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services. 2. Develop and implement strategies to expand the business with existing customers, and identify new business opportunities. 3. Developing and executing account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. 4. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively managing key customer accounts and closing new business deals. 5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and use this information to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. 7. Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify new business opportunities. 8. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, and negotiate pricing and terms of agreements. 9. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, and provide regular reports and updates to management. 10. Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, delivery, and payment collection. 11. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely, and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level. 12. Providing regular updates to customers on new product launches, promotions, and other relevant information. 13. Managing a team of account executives and support staff to ensure successful account management. 14. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company\'s products and services. 15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and use this knowledge to improve sales strategies and processes. 16. Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, General Manager and above when required.
