Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Manage invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers as required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting transactions.
Support any ad-hoc financial analysis or administrative tasks assigned by management.
