Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting transactions.
• Support any ad-hoc financial analysis or administrative tasks assigned by management.
