Job Description

  • Must be professional qualification in Accountancy such as ACCA / PA / MIA or any equitant certificate.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in the trading and manufacturing company.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to work effectively, independently, meticulous, responsible and diligent.
  • Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare Journal
  • Data Entry
  • Journals
  • Accruals, Prepayment, etc
  • Petty cash
  • Payment Voucher
  • Stock adjustment journal
  • Costing calculation
  • Key in finished goods closing stock in excel format
  • Check Salesman claims
  • Inter - company
  • Issue invoices, DN, CN for inter company expenses
  • Extract inter company transaction
  • Fixed assets
  • Prepare fixed assets schedule (excel)
  • Tag assets number
  • Prepare monthly expenses analysis and balance sheet schedule (note to accounts)
  • Printing Experian's credit report
  • Maintain new debtors account in system
  • Prepare Management Meeting and Sales Meeting Report
  • Printing Stock and General Ledger Report
  • Attend monthly stock take
  • Monitor debtors credit limit
  • Filing
  • Able to meet accountancy deadline for monthly account closing and review to ensure entire are captured correctly and according to account standard*
