• At lease 3 years experience in sales / client servicing is required for this position
• Candidates must work in advertising agencies before
• Candidates must posses at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher Graduate /Diploma Advertising Media, Business Studies/Administrative Management, Mass Communication Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
• Proven track record of sales / service achievement will be an added bonus
• Candidates with experience in 4As company would be an advantage
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (to liaise with Associates)
• Able to sell Air with persuasive speaking skills

Tanggungjawab

• Consult with creative, media and account management to communicate client objectives and to develop alternative strategic solution.
• Prepares and receives client approval of job order with sufficient information so other agency staff can complete client projects in an effective and timely manner
• Develop new client accounts
• Service and grow existing client accounts and promote creative, branding and promotional ideas for portfolio of clients
• Track project progress and timeline to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct market and content research with the aim of winning new accounts
• Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading marketing communication materials
• Prepare quotation, proposals and marketing communication materials
• Manager projects effective to ensure smooth communication between the clients and team of designers
• Enhance quality assurance in both clients\' and in house materials
• Present campaign pitches and cost to clients.
