At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Excel especially Accounting Software
Assists in monthly closing activities, preparation of monthly financial reports and statement reconciliations
Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Independent, Good Interpersonal, Self Motivate, Able to keep full set of accounts, Knowledgeable

Handle full set accounts and month end closing.
To prepare and analyse month end reporting.
Assist and managing financial systems/policies.
Verify all Debtor and Creditor outstanding balance against Debtor and Creditor statement are tally.
Follow up and obtain payment from client by weekly basis based on payment term.
Prepare Debtor and Creditor Aging for weekly management review.
Collating and preparing reports, accounts and financial statements.
To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analysing accounting data.
Handling communications with suppliers through phone & mail.
Prepare monthly reports on collections.
Updating daily accounting records and filing.
Handle the general accounting related function and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team
