Account Executive
Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the finance/account department. \xef\x82\xb7Assist in preparing/check the accounting financial related document (such as bookkeeping and generating Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invoices). \xef\x82\xb7Daily data entry of financial transactions in the accounting system. \xef\x82\xb7Misc. accounting jobs as directed by the General Manager. \xef\x82\xb7Provide assistance to support to company personnel (if require). \xef\x82\xb7Any other assigned roles & responsibility as of and when required/needed by superior or head of division.
