Job Description

• Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or similar Professional Qualification in accounting.
• Preferable at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the accounting firm and 2 year(s) of working experience in the relevant position.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, principles and procedures.
• Familiar with accounting software.
• Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
• Responsible, discrete and able to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts. Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the accounts departments and ensure timely and accurate accounting data entries.
• Process employee reimbursement and petty cash claim.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other regulatory bodies.
• Audits: Assist with audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• To perform office general administrative duties.
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.
