Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 You will be working under the accounting department in the organization. \xc2\xb7 Assist in handling accounts and preparing reports within the deadline. \xc2\xb7 Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices. \xc2\xb7 Updating and maintaining the database and financial records. \xc2\xb7 Tracking and monitoring financial transactions. \xc2\xb7 Creating and compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed. \xc2\xb7 Assisting with administrative tasks such as filling out forms and filing. \xc2\xb7 Assist in handling the cashbook and cash flow of the organization. \xc2\xb7 Assist in other accounts and administration works as requested from supervisor. \xc2\xb7 Work with SQL accounting system. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Possess Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent with CGPA of 3.0 and above. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years working experience under accounting field. \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in SQL and MS Office. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in accounting entry. \xc2\xb7 Able to work with minimal supervision. \xc2\xb7 Able to meet the deadlines for every task given. \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Detailed and responsible.
