Responsible for the general accounting work and clerical support such as filing and matching documents within finance department of Aexis Group of Companies. Focuses on task and transaction related to Account Payable process, as well as to provide an administrative support in assisting day to day operations of an office by doing tasks such as answering telephone calls, receiving visitors, courier requisition, memo & email communication, data entry, filing and matching documents. At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance/Business Admin/Administration/Human Resource or equivalent. Minimun 2 years working experience in finance and administration.
