Job Description


: - 1. Handle full set of accounts. 2. Preparation management and financial statement analysis reports. 3.Responsible for month-end closing and meet reporting deadlines. 4.Responsible to perform income/expense audit, assist in all aspect of accounting functions & monthly closing of accounts. 5.Provide support to other general accounting functions and preparation of management reports. 6.Review and provide support for other accounting functions such as Accounts payable and receivables. 7.Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary, and preparation schedules for year-end annual audit. 8.Preparation of weekly/monthly cash flow reports, statutory financial statements and consolidated accounts. 9.Maintain proper financial reports and filing systems. 10.Preparation of bank reconciliation, creditors\xe2\x80\x99 reconciliation and debtor\xe2\x80\x99s reconciliation. 11.Timely and accurate issuance of cheques. 12.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administration unit and handle all administrative duties diligently and independently. 13.Support to all departments in the area of administration as well as to ensure the office filling system on all documentations is in proper handling with regards to Standard Operating Procedure. 14.Prepare tax estimate and ensure all tax payment is paid within the stipulated time frame. 15.Ensure all accounting records and related documents are properly kept. 16.Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents. 17.Attend monthly meeting, AGM and other meeting required by the Company, JMB/MC. Job Requirement: - -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. -Candidate who has experience working in Property Management/ JMB or MC are encourage to apply and would be an added advantage. -Good communications and organisational skills, highly independent, resourceful and passionate -Independent with pleasant personality, flexible and adaptable with long working hours and able to handle pressure and meet deadline with minimum supervision. -Required skills : MS Office, CSS Decisions, Advelsoft System, Condo Master, UBS Accounting & UBS BSM -MUST possess own transport and MUST be willing to travel from one site to another site
