Account Executive
Job Description
Job Responsibility To monitor cash flow, daily bank-in preparations, and monthly bank reconciliation. Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary in relation to annual audit. Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least Professional Certificates/Diploma/Advance Diploma/ Degree of Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent; At least 2 year(s) of experience in full set accounting; Required languages: Mandarin, English; Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude; Able to handle full sets of accounts, including preparation of schedules for audit purposes. Experience in retail accounting Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet for all the outlets.
