Job Details



Position: Account Executive
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Location: No. 1, Jalan SB Jaya, Taman Industri SB Jaya, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor



We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage full sets of company accounts and support daily finance operations.
This role involves handling accounting records, payment processing, financial reporting, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

You will play an important part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting business operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities



1) Maintain complete and accurate accounting records including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
2) Prepare and issue sales invoices through the accounting system.
3) Generate monthly debtor statements and keep outstanding balances up to date.
4) Follow up on overdue payments, review aging reports, and support healthy company cash flow.
5) Record customer payments and match transactions accurately in the system.
6) Verify supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and ensure timely supplier payments.
7) Perform monthly bank reconciliations to match cash book balances with actual bank records.
8) Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF, and other statutory contributions.
9) Manage office supplies, maintain organized filing systems, handle incoming mail, and support general administrative functions.
10) Assist with ad-hoc tasks and support other departments as required, following instructions from management and the Head of Department.

Requirements



1) Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is an advantage.
2) Knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting.
3) Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
4) Able to manage multiple tasks and work responsibly with minimal supervision.
5) Understanding of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and HRDF is preferred.
