Kelayakan

  • Min. 2 year experience in account and admin works.
  • Good in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Min. Certificate in Admin, Account, Property Management or relevant field.
  • Experience in property management field will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in computer and accounting software is necessary.
  • Able to work independently
Tanggungjawab
  • To receive maintenance & sinking fund payments and to issue receipts and SOA
  • To prepare PV, data / journal entry, book keeping
  • To check on all incoming & outgoing banking transaction and payments
  • To assist Building Supervisor in any ad-hoc administrative and supervision works from time to time;
  • Daily administrative and filing works;
  • To prepare collection report, budget and monthly financial report
  • To assist the accountant in credit control matters
  • To attend to Clients\' complaints
