- Knowledgeable in Account Payable / Account Receivable.
- Handle daily accounting functions, preparation of payment, bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Liaise with all levels within the company and outlets for problems solving related to accounting issues.
- Ensure proper approvals, documentations and accounting treatment for purchase agreements and vendor contract.
- Assist in year-end audit and budget exercise and arranging the Company\'s stock take whilst following up with supplier\'s credit note.
- To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
- Possesses at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting / LCCI or equivalent.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good analytical skills, attentive to details and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Penang.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply (subject to discussion).
